Proccesses
Upon receiving new beneficiary details through email, as an extra layer of security, we make a confirmation call, providing you with the assurance that your funds will consistently reach the correct bank account. Subsequently, these details are securely stored in our systems, facilitating the swift and convenient setup of future payments.
Accounts
Client funds are held separately from The Currency Cloud’s operational capital, within ring-fenced accounts. Meaning funds are safeguarded by our FCA-regulated E-money partner at a tier one credit institution.
